Health Program

A.)  Four Points Health Program for long term good health

1.  Exercise Four times a week and at least 45 minutes each time. For brisk walking: 10 minutes warm-up, 30 minutes brisk walking and 5 minutes cooling down. Every afternoon at 5:30, we encourage everyone to exercise. On Monday there is a free merienda. We have simple facilities for basketball, table tennis, badminton and gym.

2.  Diet control Our canteen as much as possible avoid process food with preservatives and softdrinks. High fiber foods are encouraged.

3.  Weight control Stay within the ideal range.  Click here to see chart

4.  Stress control

a)  The body and the heart must be given enough rest for the day and the week

b)   Spiritual maturity will contribute much to stress control, especially emotional stress.

B.)  Quarterly report on the employee’s health condition on the following areas:

1)  Ideal weights v.s. actual weights

2)  Blood pressure reading v.s. ideal blood pressure.

3)  Sick leave records

C.) Two Sports fest per year.

D.) We join Marathon Contest for cause.
